The 2D Store Refund Policy
When are products eligible for a refund?
Products purchased on the 2d Store are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded;
- If the product does not match the description provided on The 2D Store;
- If The 2D Store approves a refund based on good faith considerations, such as technical issues that prevent you from using the product as advertised;
- If The 2D Store, at its sole discretion, determines that a refund is warranted based on the circumstances.
Please note: Refund eligibility may be denied if The 2D Store finds that the Refund Policy is being abused. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.

When will I receive my refund?
Once approved, we aim to process refunds within 7 business days. However, the actual time it takes to receive the refund may vary depending on your payment method.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds will typically be returned to the original payment method. However, if that is not possible, we may process the refund as credits to your 2D Store Wallet.
